Current Research and Forthcoming Projects:
Prof Jiwa is working on a monograph on the life and times of the fifth Fatimid Imam-Caliph al-Aziz billah, situating the Fatimids as part of the medieval Mediterranean world. She is also working on several academic articles related to Fatimid studies.
